Supplements Return/Exchange Policy
|
We sincerely hope you get the desired effects from the supplements you purchase.
However no one can guarantee that this will happen. Each person is unique in their
response. One person may notice great benefit from a supplement, while another may
have a side effect or an allergy. Yes, natural herbs and supplements, just like
medicines, can have side effects. Discuss with your health care provider if a particular
supplement is appropriate for you before you purchase. Always start with a low dose,
even if it means using a portion of a capsule or tablet. Combining certain supplements
together or certain supplements and prescription medicines can sometimes lead to
unexpected reactions. Do not purchase multiple bottles of a supplement if you are
not sure whether it will work for you. We cannot guarantee a supplement will help
you; however, we do guarantee that the products we are offering are of the highest
quality available.
We will offer a full refund minus our shipping and handling cost and minus a $10
processing fee (it takes a lot of employee time to process a refund, plus we incur
credit card fees both during processing and refunding) if a bottle is returned to
us unopened and in excellent condition. This offer applies to items that are returned
within 30 days of purchase and you include a copy of the original invoice including
the order id number. Please send unopened merchandise to Cima System at 3345 Burns
Road Suite 306 Palm Beach Gardens, Fl 33410. Customers are responsible for all shipping
charges on returns. We also request that you email us first at returns@cimasystem.com.
We do not offer any exchanges on our supplements, and we will not put credits towards
accounts. We will only refund the money back minus applicable charges to the credit
card charged.
Unless you notify us within 30 days of your order, we cannot offer a refund if you
claim that you never received your package.

Blood Chemistry Analysis Refund Policy
|
|
We will offer a one-time per person refund for blood requisitions/analysis if we
are notified within 30 days of the order. There will be a $10 processing fee for
cancelling the order. If it is after 30 days, we are unable to refund your total
amount. Please email us at returns@cimasystem.com if you would like a refund and
include your order id and name. Once you have had your blood drawn at a drawing
station, we cannot refund you any amount charged for your blood test or analysis.
We cannot transfer a blood requisition product from one person to another. Please
understand that your blood requisition never expires and that you can take the blood
test at any time or location you please.
